So when putting a message out there, remember who you’re talking to and tell a good story. Appeal to what matters to your potential customers and don’t be afraid to tackle emotional subjects head on.

Facebook prides itself on one simple mission: To make the world more open and connected. Allowing businesses to join in the groundswell conversation with brand pages was a marketer’s dream come true. Opportunities to increase traffic and sales, build loyalty and amplify word of mouth got marketers establishing pages and posting. As they started talking, consumers started talking back and online communities were born.
